The following policy discloses the donation and refund policies for destroypancreaticcancer.org.
We appreciate your financial support of Destroy Pancreatic Cancer. Any website visitor may choose to donate by either sending a check to Destroy Pancreatic Cancer or by providing a credit card donation via the website’s “Donate” page. No person is under obligation to donate to Destroy Pancreatic Cancer and you acknowledge and agree that the decision is solely your own.
Any website visitor within the United States may purchase merchandise or purchase tickets to any event by providing a credit card payment through the website’s checkout page. No merchandise or tickets will be shipped outside of the United States.
You understand that Destroy Pancreatic Cancer is a registered 501(c)(3) and all donations are deductible per IRS regulations.
Destroy Pancreatic Cancer has exclusive control over all donations and proceeds from purchases. You agree to provide accurate, true and complete information about yourself and your payment methods at the time of donation and/or purchase. No person under 18 years of age may make a donation or a purchase from Destroy Pancreatic Cancer. If your donation or payment cannot be processed due to incomplete or inaccurate information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to provide new payment information. If you do not, your donation and/or purchase will be immediately cancelled.
You acknowledge and agree that all donations are final and will not be refunded or returned. All purchases for merchandise and events is final and will not be refunded or returned.
